Scope of Works

The works involved the completed construction of a fully custom designed residential home, delivered from initial site establishment through to final handover. The home comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dedicated study, a linen room, and a double garage with internal access, all centred around a spacious open plan kitchen, living, and dining area. All works were completed in accordance with approved designs, relevant standards, and regulatory requirements.

The project included site preparation, earthworks, and construction of the concrete slab and structural framework, followed by the full external and internal fit out of the home. This encompassed roofing, windows, internal linings, cabinetry, flooring, painting, and the installation of all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical services.

External works were completed including an in ground swimming pool with compliant fencing, driveway, drainage, and service connections. The project concluded with final inspections and successful handover of a fully finished, move in ready home.
