Scope of Works
This award winning project involved a comprehensive internal and external renovation, combining detailed demolition with significant structural reconfiguration to create new and upgraded living and wet areas.
The scope included new concrete footings and slabs, blockwork and rendered finishes, and the installation of structural steel to support altered layouts and expanded openings. Extensive carpentry, framing, and roofing works were undertaken, along with the installation of new doors, aluminium glazing systems, and upgraded building services.
The project was completed with waterproofing, tiling, coordinated joinery, and premium internal and external finishes, delivered through a carefully staged construction program that achieved an outcome recognised for its quality and execution.
