Kenrick Park Toilet Block Renewal
Construction of a new public amenity building at Kenrick Park, including site preparation, concrete slab foundations, masonry and blockwork, full wet area construction, services, drainage, roofing, and durable finishes, delivered within a live public environment.
Scope of Works
Our scope of works covered the full delivery of the project from early site preparation through to final completion. This includes coordination of all preparatory works and services, ensuring safe disconnections, efficient site establishment, and readiness for construction.
We undertook complete wet area and structural works, including concrete slab foundations, masonry and blockwork, waterproofing, drainage, roof penetrations, and durable internal and external finishes such as rendering and painting. Our experience extends to the delivery of public amenities and facilities requiring durable, compliant, and low maintenance construction outcomes.
We regularly operate within live and high traffic environments, managing site security, public access, and safety to minimise disruption while maintaining safe operations at all times. All projects are delivered under strict quality assurance systems, incorporating inspection and test plans, compliance checks, and coordination of long lead and specialist items.
